To do this evening/ was completed: Added all cues to T6 Quick Controls. Not sure how long we're keeping the Show Vault, but they're there.

Built and tech'd private Now and Then playlist--we'll need to run the Spotify playlist they sent off the Nonsync output--cable has been connected to the booth monitor, just hit play. Update: we're using the 1/8" to xlr (mic input) for this since the 1/8" to x2 rca male did not work. Keep volume at 5.0 (on the processor) for this and do not raise it on the monitor/spotify! - Lillian 

Scheduled an express pickup for Alien from LA for tomorrow 6/30 10:30-6. Bring the print down at the end of the night. (Tracking is correct. I scheduled the email Cristina sent a few weeks ago to get forwarded to us this morning.) - Lillian

Had issues with the file sizing for the DCP of Blue Sunshine that Alec downloaded yesterday. We're slowly downloading each piece on the 4/6 comp now.  -  Lillian

Maintenance/cleaning: Started cleaning the lamp house in T4 projector 1. Got the lamp model after having to carefully loosen it (numbers weren't visible until a good turn). I believe this is different to the boxes I found in the projectors a couple months back (the ones from like 2004). We'll make sure we've got some of these on hand since the lamps we have now have visibly aged. - Lillian

My key got stuck in the 4/6 door and ripped clean off as if it were a stick of butter. I reseated the door handle and got the key bit out of it. Working fine now. We had a spare key anyway, so I'm using that. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Went over the cue sheets with Paul today, referencing Matthew's last email about the new film schedule. Jaws and Nashville keys open up tomorrow so I'll tech then. Everything looks good right now just waiting on a bit more info.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
