Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled staff show playlists for Dicks: The Musical and Eras Tour

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: The Thing Called Love screening in theater 4 this evening went smoothly (mic and mixer were put away and the projectors were cleaned after the show) + karaoke setup at Trees Lounge

Double checked all content in theater 1 for tomorrow morning's tech and all "Pop! Goes the Culture" and "Afternoon Delirium" shorts are currently on the server + locally ingested The Year Long Boulder to the server in theater 1 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Scream Blacula Scream locally to theater 2 + extracted and ingested The Year Long Boulder locally to theater 1

Downloaded and uploaded keys for Paw Patrol 2, Dicks: The Musical, and Eras Tour

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Scheduled a return pickup for The Thing Called Love with return labels attached (these were delivered with the print) and placed it on the cart downstairs

Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected The Thing Called Love and packaged it for return shipping (return labels were included)

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked times for tomorrow against the TMS and added credit offset information for Kill Your Lover, Dicks: The Musical, and Eras Tour where it was needed

I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
