Projection Admin 12/13 Lillian



To do this evening/ was completed: Heads up - a lot of manual starts today. Flagged another tight turnaround on the sheets for MOD. 

The ADA seats in rows 3 and 4 in T4 were switched by accident yesterday. Carly called me to let me know since apparently there was quite a bit of confusion among guests. I swapped the seats long before we opened today so it wasn't an issue. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: I took a look at Poor Things today since the keys opened up and it sounds quite good at 6.5 - I know that seems steep, but it's certainly not the world's loudest film. It seems more ambient/atmospheric. The sound is great. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Liasied with the GKids folks for their private screening of The Boy and the Heron on 12/18. Confirmed the additional materials/run of show. I ingested the short to play before the feature. It's an introduction from the film's composer. The holding slide will be used for preshow. Send them a few more q's for the run of show/playlist, but I started building a playlist and will confirm more info tomorrow. I'll take a look at that filmed intro, too. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): It was noted last night that we received a DCP for Memory, but we did not. We received trailers. 

Received posters for Housekeeping for Beginners. 

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received and uploaded new keys for Renaissance, Boy n Heron, Dream Scenario, Trolls, Wonka, Poor Things. 

Received and ingested the holding slide for The Boy and the Heron private event on 12/18.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Packaged up the DCP of Christmas Evil to send back to Lewis. This is getting picked up today. 

Printed out labels for Long Kiss Goodnight. This is getting picked up tomorrow!

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Changed out the lens for P1 in T4 for this evening. Ran loops for Dreamgirls. Should be a great show! 

We will be meeting (virtually) with Sean from BLS this Friday. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Double checked today's sheet. 

Marquee updated?: Yes. I took down The Long Kiss Goodnight, moved the 'Upcoming 35mm' to the top tier with Dreamgirls just below it and added Cobra underneath, along with their respective show dates.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
