To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a pre-show playlist for Sundays on Fire on 6/9 (volume can and likely will need to be adjusted for this but it is tentatively set to 7.0)

Built separate show playlists for The Feeling That the Time for Doing Something Has Passed on 6/8 (with intro and Q&A) and 6/9 (different trailers, no intro or Q&A)

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Additional one sheets for Harold & the Purple Crayon and Bad Boys: Ride or Die  were delivered and stored

Ordering/Receiving (content): Mulholland Drive was delivered and brought to booth 1 for inspection

The Feeling That the Time for Doing Something Has Passed feature content was made available this evening and ingested to the TMS

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Finished inspecting Snake in the Eagle's Shadow and placed it on house reels; the print is a bit of a mess overall (lots of horizontal surface scratching throughout + what seems like a bunch of smaller reels spliced together to form larger/fuller whole reels) but it should be simple enough to run given the fair quality of the print and the audience expectation that normally surrounds these screenings

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Seat removed from theater 3 was put back and the dolly was brought up to 4/6

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked cues for Saturday and Sunday against the TMS schedule and initialed for confirmation

Marquee updated?:

Posters updated?:

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection Admin 7/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
