Preshow Clips/Playlist: Scheduled staff screenings and sent out the email.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): I reached out to A24 to order I Saw the TV Glow posters, they confirmed and they should be here tomorrow.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Kat is uploading a DCP of Mamma Mia to Google Drive, should be finishing tonight. For a private event next week on the 12th.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Teched Lady Snowblood and Free Party for this evening, playlists are ready to go. Just an intro in 3 for Free Party, mic is ready to go.

Teched Born Innocent for tomorrow as well.

Huge kudos to Will for reassembling all the reels of Amazing Spider Man 2. I could tell just looking at the reels it was probably all there, with all the extra footage taken out, but double checked the last four reels and they're all good to go. I'm not sure where the extra reels came from, none of this was damaged severely enough to warrant a replacement (at least not one reel moreso than the others). There is an extra reel 4 and most of reel 3. I separated these and put them on cores. We can package these separately for when Sony picks this up.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Changed the lamp in the T1 Christie, it was getting close to the limit and was operating under pretty high power, which probably caused it to start flickering. I lowered the power to the lamp before changing it, looks good!

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Checked the Home Alone DCP ahead of the private event this morning, no issues. The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. I set up the blu-ray player so it's connected to both the monitor and the projector, in case we end up needing to use the blu-ray. I sent Lillian and McKegg an email about this separately. To do this evening/ was completed: Big day for teching. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat sent a new QR code clip which I tech'd volume for and added to all the 9/18 and SE playlists we have. The volume (3.8) has been noted on the white board. Projection Admin 9/2

To do this evening/ was completed: Our Network has been updated. Nick from DMS came in to drop off the relay mechanism and take a look at 3/7 before his install visit next week. I showed him in and around the space and he checked in with the WiFi guys. He also liased with Chris whilst scoping out the existing relay system in in 3/7.  It is still somewhat of a wreck in the 46 booth (cables and boxes that, to my knowledge, need to be thrown out, but I asked if they were going to clean up/what needs to be cleared out and I didn't get a proper response in both English and when I asked in Spanish lol so apparently someone might be coming round to finish that up tomorrow. If we don't, we can call Juan and double check. I did tidy things up though, so at least it's not absolute chaos in here.  Once the Network was up and properly running, I tested out theatres 4 and 6 to see if anything needed to be rebooted and lo n behold, only the dimmer panels needed to be rebooted in all the...
