To do this evening/ was completed: Downloaded and ingested all of the new preshow content listed in Kat's trailer list email with the exception of Joker preshow content. All A1 playlists have been built excluding Joker. - JC

Some Kind of Monster print/DCP/poster picked up this morning. JC

Deadpool and Wolverine poster and letters taken down, Smile 2 poster up. JC

Transferred various lingering NewFest bits to their theaters. JC

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the tech playlists for both NewFest shorts programs on Monday. - Lillian

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Q&A is ready to be recorded this evening. I can put it on a flashdrive tomorrow. Showed McKegg how to record. - Lillian

We received a print from Harry G! That can get inspected this evening. I brought it down to T1. - Lillian

NOTE: Please do not make labels for Wild Things and Condo Painting just yet, we will be sending those two up with Mad Dog after the screenings this weekend as they can all be picked up by DHL. - Lillian

Print/video Inspection: Dustin, Desmond and I continue NewFest techs today. Took a look at everything this morning before they showed up just to once again make sure there would be no major surprises. Went through all of the TLC shorts and Besties shorts, along with T3 features Gondola and Rookie. Only walking away with two quick fixes that Dustin is on (new DCPs). Volume and ratios have once again been logged in the master doc. 
I have been downloaded ingested the last few bits we needed for the shorts tech on Monday - Notes on a Siren, Remaining Sundays, Queer, and the updated DCP of Gender Reveal. I am currently downloading The Silence of My Hands (El Silencio) to the downloads section in T1. Please copy over to a drive and ingest once it's done. This is also for Monday and it is the last thing we need for that day as far as features go :) Thanks! Update: Gender Reveal failed upon ingest again, so I've notified Dustin. - Lillian

Maintenance/cleaning: Put the Amityville II trailer back on its core. In the bin with the rest of the trailers. - Checked lamp life in each theatre. - Lillian

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
