Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built all first run show playlists for the week of 9/13 in addition to an OCAP babies His Three Daughters playlist that was updated on the schedule in theater 3

Built a pre-show playlist for House by the Cemetery

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): A Complete Unknown posters were delivered and added to storage behind 3/7

Ordering/Receiving (content): The Godfathers of Hardcore file finished downloading and was saved to the desktop in 4/6 (it is in the "Downloads" folder in Finder)

Downloaded and ingested new forecast content for the week of 9/13

Outgoing/Shipping (content): One Eyed Jacks was brought downstairs with return labels attached to its canisters

Print/video Inspection: Placed Madam Satan on house reels in booth 1

QC'd Amadeus between rounds this evening after a down to the wire transfer...all that is to say the film looks and sounds great and begins with a note from the Academy about its restoration before the feature begins...a lights up cue for credits has been added and cue sheets have been updated accordingly (note: I noticed during this that the masking motor was left unplugged by the workers this morning...we are still screening Afraid in this auditorium, a scope film, and should be vigilant about making sure the presentation isn't muddled with -- Amadeus is scope so I have plugged the motor back in and it is working normally)

Brought House by the Cemetery down to booth 1 and put it on house reels + inspected the first two reels and added stills to the shared drive

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked the cues and schedule for tomorrow and Sunday, added additional showtime information for Amadeus to both days on the cues, placed its SPL on the schedule, and initialed for confirmation

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
