To do this evening/ was completed: Having a really fun time creeping on the audience reactions after each screening of A Different Man.

Special Events/ AV set up: The video file for the DCP of Silence of My Hands didn't pull through last night as the wifi apparently went out, so I tried at it again and double checked the numbers. The DCP is currently copying over to the DCPIII drive in T1 and can get ingested tomorrow morning. Just a reminder - this will be part of Monday's tech. 

Queens of Drama all set for tech this Monday, including the shorts. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received the NewFest trailers from Kim. Downloaded and ingested these to the TMS, sent to T1 so we can take a look along on Monday. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Need to take another look at the SOF print, but I went through the entirety of it (which is mostly structurally sound, but I had to add grease cues to one reel and two of them--reels 3 and four--were incorrectly labeled or labeled twice, so I need to make sure which reel is which)  PLUS there's a trailers reel with multiple fun (and quite faded) action film teasers. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Attempted a little sweep with ur broken dust pan - the new one should be here Monday. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Double checked Sunday. Initials added. 

Marquee updated?:

Posters updated?:

Cleaning lights on for the night?:

Projection cart by entrance?:

Additional Notes: Had a nice conversation with a Dad and his little son, who had just seen Beetlejuice. He's reading The Wild Robot to his son right now and they are very excited to come back and see it.

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
