To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built CCAP/OCAP show playlists for Conclave and Venom: The Last Dance

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: NewFest events in theaters 1 and 3 had intros and Q&As this evening and went smoothly (wireless mics were returned to booth 1 to charge...mic stands and chairs have been left in place in both auditoriums for the programming on Saturday)

Lillian was kind enough to stay late and setup/start the Brooklyn Horror screening in theater 2 while I was busy with the NewFest shows in 1 and 3...Q&A after this event was a success and chairs, mic stands, and monitor speakers were set aside on stage (the wireless mics were brought up to the booth to charge)

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Babygirl one sheets were delivered and stored behind 3/7

Ordering/Receiving (content): Anora feature content was ingested (only the 5.1 OCAP file since the rest were already in the system) and 5000 Fingers of Dr. T feature content was also ingested 

Pre-show content for Anora was downloaded and ingested (show playlists can be built in the coming days)

Gladiator II trailer was ingested to the TMS for upcoming show playlists

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked cues and cross referenced the TMS

Marquee updated?: Removed Speak No Evil and added letters for Smile 2 (spelled "TWO" since we are out of the number in back) and We Live in Time

Posters updated?: Added "now showing" snipes above Smile 2 and We Live in Time

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes

Additional Notes: Dustin borrowed two XLR cables from the 4/6 booth

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
