Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Emilia Perez show playlists were built this afternoon but still need to be tech'd for volume and credits/lights cues

Scheduled the special event show playlist for Scream in theater 2 tomorrow evening (some content from it will transfer overnight) which could use a tech in the morning if it has not been looked at already

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Set up for trivia at Trees Lounge this evening and corresponded with Chenelle prior to the private OCAP screening of The Substance in theater 7

(Note: We need to order more tablecloths. There never seems to be enough available at any given time and, on nights like tonight, conflicting events tend to need one for each of their tables. Chenelle prioritized trivia using the one tablecloth available over the check-in table for the private event)

Regarding The Substance screening, five of the guests needed headsets for the film's audio description track (at least, this is what we were initially told, the event memo specified "5 AD devices" but Chenelle didn't seem sure about whether or not the guests would need the HI or VI track given their particular disability...but the film itself only has a VI track...hence the confusion). We have 8 headsets and, after testing each with an ADA device, only 4 are fully functional, the other half being either completely broken or only having sound come out of one side. I purchased iPod style earbuds with the appropriate jack from the pharmacy to make up for this lack of a functional fifth, notified Chenelle, and tested it before the show

ADA seats were removed for the screening but only one guest with a wheelchair showed by the time the feature began...all chairs were put back (note: the ADA seats in the front row have screws at their bases in which need to be screwed/unscrewed by hand so I have left these looser than before since they had not been taken out in a long time and were very stuck to the base) **note: I tried my best to set these screws back in place in the front row but so many of them are old and rusted/the threading feels stripped I couldn't get much of them to catch properly -- if someone could please get eyes on this that would be appreciated -- seats 7401 and 7501 are back just fine**

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): American Movie was delivered and brought up to booth 1

Chenelle brought a copy of Ferris Bueller's Day Off to the 4/6 booth for a private screening on 11/8

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Scheduled a pickup for New Moon (return labels were provided in the canisters) and brought the print down to the side entrance
