Presentation Issues: 

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the special event show playlist for The Fall on the lMS and transferred it to theater 1

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Short Cuts screening in theater 1 this evening went smoothly

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Additional Love Hurts one sheets and new The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie posters were delivered and stored behind 3/7

Ordering/Receiving (content): Downloaded and ingested the remaining pre-show content for The Fall to the LMS

Swept Away failed to ingest locally to theater 3 this afternoon (started ingesting this to the LMS but the transfer will take the rest of the night)

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Removed all feature content for Mufasa, Sonic 3, and Wolf Man from the LMS and local servers this evening + deleted Short Cuts after its screening

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked all cues/schedule for tomorrow and initialed for confirmation

Marquee updated?: Fixed the Devil in a Blue Dress spelling error, removed Wolf Man, Mufasa, and Sonic 3, and added letters for Anora, Conclave, Dog Man, Flow, I'm Still Here, Nickel Boys, and One of Them Days

Posters updated?: 

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
