NPP Projection Report 1/29 Admin

To do this evening/ was completed: Weekly update is out.

Whenever we tech Pieces, can we do it in the 1.66 ratio? According to IMDB this is the intended ratio of the film, and was shown in 1.85 (technically cropped) in the U.S.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Please build Glory playlist and finish the A Very Curious Girl playlist.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received The Quick and the Dead print from Sony.

Downloaded the DCP of The Fall from DCU and ingested it to the LMS and transferred it to T1

John sent along the link to download the Swept Away DCP. We are not showing this until March, but might as well download it now and leave it on the LMS. Please download on the T1 iMac tonight. Jack, I emailed you the link.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Sony will confirm the date for California Split pickup, will be before the weekend.

Print/video Inspection: Checked Wages of Fear for tonight and Short Cuts for tomorrow. Raised the volumes for both a decent bit as they are mono and 2-ch stereo mixes respectively, and both are going to play to pretty full rooms.

Inspected the first four reels of Quick and the Dead. In very good shape, this can get finished tonight and Zu Warriors inspection started.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Changed a ceiling bulb in T7

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Made the formula for Dog Man and added those shows to the cue sheets. I also rearranged some rounds on the weekend sheets in a way I thought made a bit more sense with The Brutalist.

Filled credits timing in for Short Cuts, The Quick and the Dead, Army of Darkness, NoBudge, and Spoons.

Marquee updated?:

Posters updated?:

Cleaning lights on for the night?:

Projection cart by entrance?:

Additional Notes: Staff screenings for all four new first runs scheduled.
