Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Tech'd the Mandy playlist, feature. Everything's good to go for tonight. 

Deleted old Brunch playlists. 
Deleted Umbrellas of Cherbourg. 

Built the playlist for The Night is Short, Walk on Girl

Trailer Updates: Deleted various trailers for past shows. 

Special Events/ AV set up: Followed up on some special coming up. Will share details once I have them. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Companion to T5. Only red alert on the LMS schedule.a Checked the playlist and feature content just to be sure it's all set. 

Ingested The Night is Short, Walk on Girl - note: This is a feature, but it comes up as a short. Ignore that. It is the correct CPL. 

Still waiting on Texas Chainsaw Massacre/Black Box Diaries. 

Ingested/transferred Anime V10 preshow to the LMS. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Evelyn (DHL) no longer works there, so we'll just reach out to Kari instead, or  dgf_wsc.film@dhl.com 

Printed out the shipping tag info for Mo Better Blues. DHL will be picking this up tomorrow. 

Anora, Babygirl, Complete Unknown, Nosferatu preshow content deleted. 

Flow and Conclave cleared off LMS/IMS(s). 

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes. 

Maintenance/cleaning: Trash is out in 4/6.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Added credits info for a couple special events coming up. Malcolm X set,  double checked Truck Turner for credits.  Added info for Mandy this morning. 

Marquee updated?: Marquee letters for brunch are sorted - got called away and forgot to put these up. Manchurian Candidate and Mildred Pierce letters are in 3/7. I believe Mo Better Blues can get taken down as well.

Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report Friday 1/31 CLOSE Chris

Presentation Issues: -I believe Karen thoroughly covered this in an email but there were serious issues with the CP500 for the 6:20 Lil Women; no sound for the first three minutes and it dropped out again the very moment the 500 was taken off manual. The last foil cues continue to fail to fire. The platter worked fine, tho it is not a graceful competence, double-wrapping the film around the brain in the first fourth of the movie before the motor kicks in. -The Rhythm Section SPL had it's LTS DOWN cue set to fire at the beginning of the 10 count preshow portion, rather than the end when the trailers hit. Fixed that.
