Special Events/ AV set up: Tech'd the updated REC feature file for tomorrow night and turned the volume up (it looks and sounds great otherwise but was a bit too hushed at 5.5)

Looked at Paper Moon for my own amusement and to see if that guest from yesterday's argument was founded in literally anything at all -- it was not, the DCP is fine, as is the pre-show content -- and also got eyes on Zola before the first round in 3

Double checked the pre-show for Conquest on 3/25 and all necessary elements are present

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Transferred the updated REC file to theater 1 from the LMS and added it to the show playlist

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Removed Paper Moon and Zola content from theaters 1 and 3 following their shows this afternoon

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Swept and mopped in 4/6

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked all cues for tomorrow/cross referenced the schedule and initialed for confirmation

Additional Notes: Noticed LampLOC X and Y sensor alarms in theater 1 -- no issue with playback in this room but it's something to keep an eye on as we enter April and the festival programming

Two closed captions devices were brought down to theater 3 during the first round...open captions...screening of Black Bag and were returned to storage after the show ended

Organized letters for brunch shows (Hanna, Westward the Women) next weekend and left them behind 3/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report Friday 1/31 CLOSE Chris

Presentation Issues: -I believe Karen thoroughly covered this in an email but there were serious issues with the CP500 for the 6:20 Lil Women; no sound for the first three minutes and it dropped out again the very moment the 500 was taken off manual. The last foil cues continue to fail to fire. The platter worked fine, tho it is not a graceful competence, double-wrapping the film around the brain in the first fourth of the movie before the motor kicks in. -The Rhythm Section SPL had it's LTS DOWN cue set to fire at the beginning of the 10 count preshow portion, rather than the end when the trailers hit. Fixed that.
