To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Lowered the feature volume for all Snow White show playlists from 5.8 to 5.5 to compensate for some smaller crowds and how loud the mix sounds generally

Double checked Candyman and Discreet Charm of the Bourgeoisie playlists for their upcoming shows tomorrow and the next day and everything is in order

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Westward the Women screening went smoothly + cleaned the projectors and finished re-inspecting the print after the show

Hanna concluded its brunch run in theater 2 this afternoon without any issues

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Candyman KDMs were delivered and uploaded to the LMS

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Removed Hanna feature content from theater 2 following its brunch show

Scheduled a pickup/printed return labels for Westward the Women (tracking ID: 880174253919) and brought the canisters downstairs

Print/video Inspection:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):

Marquee updated?: Removed Hanna and Westward the Women and replaced them with letters for 12 Monkeys

Additional Notes: Heard the power running to projector 1 in booth 4 when I arrived this morning (the switch must have been left on overnight from earlier in the day) and turned it off until I had to run the print again this afternoon

I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report Friday 1/31 CLOSE Chris

Presentation Issues: -I believe Karen thoroughly covered this in an email but there were serious issues with the CP500 for the 6:20 Lil Women; no sound for the first three minutes and it dropped out again the very moment the 500 was taken off manual. The last foil cues continue to fail to fire. The platter worked fine, tho it is not a graceful competence, double-wrapping the film around the brain in the first fourth of the movie before the motor kicks in. -The Rhythm Section SPL had it's LTS DOWN cue set to fire at the beginning of the 10 count preshow portion, rather than the end when the trailers hit. Fixed that.
