Special Events/ AV set up: Set up for trivia at Trees and broke down everything once the screening in theater 1 concluded

Uptown Girls screening in theater 1 went smoothly and the print was left tails out for re-inspection (the projectors were cleaned following the show as well -- lots of pink dust was shed from the print during it)

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Uploaded a handful of keys for held over titles and upcoming first runs

Began converting REC to DCP in booth 1 after it finished running through HandBrake (this file is being saved to the Headquarters hard drive in the folder "RECFINAL")

Zola feature content was made available via Deluxe this evening but has not yet appeared in the FilmVault menu on Screenwriter

Additional Notes: A handful of Amazon packages addressed to Alec were delivered and brought up to the 4/6 booth (one of these contained the hard drive which was formatted and renamed)

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report Friday 1/31 CLOSE Chris

Presentation Issues: -I believe Karen thoroughly covered this in an email but there were serious issues with the CP500 for the 6:20 Lil Women; no sound for the first three minutes and it dropped out again the very moment the 500 was taken off manual. The last foil cues continue to fail to fire. The platter worked fine, tho it is not a graceful competence, double-wrapping the film around the brain in the first fourth of the movie before the motor kicks in. -The Rhythm Section SPL had it's LTS DOWN cue set to fire at the beginning of the 10 count preshow portion, rather than the end when the trailers hit. Fixed that.
