To do this evening/ was completed: 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Downloaded the updated A forecast for 3/28 and updated all playlists.

Removed the Happy Hour PSA from all playlists per Kat's request. Filled the timing out with the 1min welcome slide.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Snow White school screening went well this morning.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Downloaded the Hyenas DCP. Ingested via the share folder (smb).

Received and ingested The Friend.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): It didn't look like a pickup had been scheduled for Conquest, so I scheduled one for tomorrow.

Print/video Inspection: Teched Westward the Women with Cristina. Looks and sounds great. Can't wait to run (and watch) this one.

Cristina, Kevin, Emily, and I went through the slideshow and clips for Kevin Geeks Out tonight. Everything is looking and sounding pretty good. Make sure you set the masking to 1.78 and choose the "BluRay 177 ZOOM" channel to avoid cutting things off. Mics are under the curtain and the receivers and mixer are set up. Remember to raise the master volume on the Yamaha mixer. I left the PA speakers turned on. Mic stands and rolling table (for Kevin's laptop) are beside the screen. See the run of show which I annotated. This has cues for turning spots off for certain videos, and bringing house lights up for a game section, and raising the volume for an extended clip. The hosts will be here at 6:45 to do another run-through.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: For some reason the new Refn hard drive is only being recognized by the IMS3s. Not sure why, I tried troubleshooting this and had no luck. Might ask Chris from DMS about it. It just won't mount, neither on the Screenwriter server nor any of the IMS2s. In the meantime I reformatted another hard drive ("George Ivan") which works with Screenwriter.

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report Friday 1/31 CLOSE Chris

Presentation Issues: -I believe Karen thoroughly covered this in an email but there were serious issues with the CP500 for the 6:20 Lil Women; no sound for the first three minutes and it dropped out again the very moment the 500 was taken off manual. The last foil cues continue to fail to fire. The platter worked fine, tho it is not a graceful competence, double-wrapping the film around the brain in the first fourth of the movie before the motor kicks in. -The Rhythm Section SPL had it's LTS DOWN cue set to fire at the beginning of the 10 count preshow portion, rather than the end when the trailers hit. Fixed that.
