Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked show playlists for Paper Moon and Zola for this weekend and adjusted the feature volume for Paper Moon and pre-show clip volume (Happy Hour_V1) for Zola...Paper Moon will need to be looked at for credits timing/have a house lights up cue added

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Double checked the show playlist for They Cloned Tyrone and got eyes on it prior to the final round with Desmond...screening went smoothly as did the discussion

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received additional posters for Elio, The Amateur, and one sheets for Freakier Friday and Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith for its 20th anniversary re-release

Ordering/Receiving (content): Deluxe emailed about open captions feature content for Hanna to which I replied and confirmed we only needed the CCAP version

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Finished re-inspecting Full Metal Jacket in booth 1 and scheduled a return pickup after packing up the print (tracking ID: 772870501658)

Posters updated?: Added The Legend of Ochi and Warfare posters to the lobby and moved A Minecraft Movie and Death of a Unicorn outside under "coming soon" snipes...I could not reach I'm Still Here because of all the bikes in the way and the downpour that started around 9PM but this can be replaced tomorrow with Snow White (on the workbench in 3/7) once the area is cleared and/or it is not raining

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report Friday 1/31 CLOSE Chris

Presentation Issues: -I believe Karen thoroughly covered this in an email but there were serious issues with the CP500 for the 6:20 Lil Women; no sound for the first three minutes and it dropped out again the very moment the 500 was taken off manual. The last foil cues continue to fail to fire. The platter worked fine, tho it is not a graceful competence, double-wrapping the film around the brain in the first fourth of the movie before the motor kicks in. -The Rhythm Section SPL had it's LTS DOWN cue set to fire at the beginning of the 10 count preshow portion, rather than the end when the trailers hit. Fixed that.
