Projection Admin 3/24
To do this evening/ was completed: Babies OCAP screening confirmed for tomorrow's matinee in T2. I already had this scheduled on the LMS and cue sheets, but just to be clear, it's still happening. No changes.
Presentation Issues: Adjusted brightness in T1.
Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built all the playlists for NSF25, going off of the info I have for Opening Nite. Each program has its special slide but some of the others are in there, too. We still have time and y'all will be going over it tomorrow morning, so double check with everyone then. We will, however, need the 190 preset done in T1 for two of the programs. I think we just have that in 3 & 4.
Trailer Updates:
Special Events/ AV set up: Went over REC and adjusted the playlist. Everything looks good for tonight.
Checked and tech'd the preshow for KGO this week just to make sure everything looks good. The sound mix, as per usual, is a little funky, but 4.0 should be just fine.
Sent the NSF preshow and Bumper to T1 so we could take a look a little early, before y'all go over the playlists tomorrow, so we could make sure everything looks alright in advance.
Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):
Ordering/Receiving (content): Sent the Policy_Romcom to the LMS

Downloaded and ingested the slide for NSF_MakeTheRoad
PS_Class should be on the drive and available for download tomorrow! Keep an eye on it.
Keys for The Monkey updated
Outgoing/Shipping (content):
Print/video Inspection: Will and I took a look at the first reel of Conquest, listened to the whole thing, went back and forth between Dolby A and Mono and I'm pretty darn certain it's mono. It's still somewhat hard to tell but is definitely louder and pitched in a kind of funkier way when on A-Type. Similar thing happened to me a couple years back with Safe at GS. I know this was done previously, but I double checked the reel and both variable area tracks are the same, so it's gotta be mono. The track itself isn't great to begin with, so you might have to play it louder than we recorded, depending on how many people show up, since some dialogue is hard to register. It'll play just fine, though.
Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Received tracking for Ninja 3
Maintenance/cleaning:
Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes!
Marquee updated?: Done and done. Weekend split titles are off/old first runs.
Posters updated?: Will organized a new archival tube/titles.
