To do this evening/ was completed: Alec sent out an email with a virtual tour/info on how we're now organizing under the curtain in T1 so please give it a watch when you can! Thanks! 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Tech'd Hanna and it's a pretty dark loud mix - that Chemical Brothers soundtrack is bumping. Brought volume to 4.5. Playlist has been built and is set for the weekend. - Lillian 

Built all A1 playlists for the week of 4/4, including a few SE playlists: 12 Monkeys and Return of the Living Dead. Shorts festival playlists updated. - Lillian 

Trailer Updates: Built new trailer packs for PG and R rated films. Ingested the Lilo & Stitch trailer 3rd version.  Downloaded and ingested the Barbershop trailer and Dance Girl Dance trailer - Lillian 

Special Events/ AV set up: Still need the slides for Damsels in Distress and Kings of Comedy, then we can make the playlists. - Lillian

Touched base with the reps for Superhuman Body as our 4/4 screening has been moved to 4/28 and we'll need a new set of keys (the ones we have will expire EOD 4/3, which I know I've already put in another blog recently, but it's worth mentioning again). - Lillian

I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report Friday 1/31 CLOSE Chris

Presentation Issues: -I believe Karen thoroughly covered this in an email but there were serious issues with the CP500 for the 6:20 Lil Women; no sound for the first three minutes and it dropped out again the very moment the 500 was taken off manual. The last foil cues continue to fail to fire. The platter worked fine, tho it is not a graceful competence, double-wrapping the film around the brain in the first fourth of the movie before the motor kicks in. -The Rhythm Section SPL had it's LTS DOWN cue set to fire at the beginning of the 10 count preshow portion, rather than the end when the trailers hit. Fixed that.
