To do this evening/ was completed: The fire alarm went off this morning whilst I was checking cues in theatre 3. Each theatre was reset and theatre 3 cues are working as normal. Went through all houses for  maintenance checks. - L

Finished inspecting Batman and Robin, back on shipping reels for now. Put Rules on house reels for tomorrow's show.

Marquee updated with new brunch titles.

Reset all lighting panels after the fire alarm went off this morning.

Last round in T5 tonight overlaps with the previous. It's on the LMS scheduled 10 min after its actual start time. You can either leave it there and fast forward or do a full manual start when the time comes. I left a note on the 4/6 desk.

DHL/Universal contacted for Devil Is A Woman return. Info attached to the cans. This will get picked up tomorrow morning (or, rather, between 10am - 4pm...but likely first thing). - Lillian

Special Events/ AV set up: tested mics and the playlist for Beware of Mr. Baker. They just need two seats when the tine comes. John should be good for that. - Lillian

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received and ingested Thunderbolts (the V2 comics preshow is still uploading to the drive!)

Tried some tricks to open up the 4k BluRay of Tremors to no avail. - Lillian

Print/video Inspection: Received the print of Postcards from the Edge and brought it to T4 for inspection. I inspected the first two reels! Feel free to crack on with this tonight. - Lillian

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: T6 lamp still in good shape. Little less than 20 percent until the warning. - L

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Information for Mr. Baker was incorrect on the sheets and the memo, but I resolved this with John. - Lillian

Posters updated?: Poster for Mr. Baker is up (Shrouds can get put back after the show). - L

I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Added a feature volume cue to the pre-show playlist for Postcards from the Edge Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Finished converting all NoBudge45 shorts to DCP Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Fantastic 4 posters were delivered in addition to teaser posters for The Smashing Machine + a box containing two Lilo & Stitch standees was dropped off and can likely be given away at trivia/to whoever wants a life size Stitch in their home and/or eventually thrown away Ordering/Receiving (content): The Bitter Tears of Petra Von Kant print was delivered and brought up to booth 1 this afternoon + downloaded both slides for this film's pre-show and saved them to the 4/6 desktop File elements for the  Alice Junior DCP are downloading to Jack's webpage and should finish later this evening Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Double checked the grease cue marks on reels 3...
