To do this evening/ was completed: LMS scheduled for the coming week. Sacramento and Children of Men ingested.

Special Events/ AV set up: Went through the playlist for Damsels. 
Spoke to Chenelle (she was in house today!)about three upcoming private events so we could make a game plan for each - Superhuman Body, NewFest, Live Streaming Event for September (we've got a while). - Lillian 

We received multiple DCPs today - links for Bacurau (which I am downloading right now with filemail app and the other, Beware of Mr. Baker, can get downloaded after Bacurau. - Lillian

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Children of Men. Ingested Hyenas to T4 and tech'd this - cue sheets have been updated. DCP of Hyenas is gorgeous! Reached out to Deluxe, and then Matthew and Jeffrey about Sacramento as it looked like our booking hadn't gone through, but it's all sorted now. - Lillian 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): 

Print/video Inspection: Received the print of La Dolce Vita. Will brought it up to T4. - L

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Gave a good deep clean to the gear sections of the Century's in T1 today and regreased (particularly 1 as it was dirtier than T2. it's oil production was a little higher. Ran loops for Damsels, adjusted framing, added tape where necessary. Prepped some work for tomorrow. - Lillian 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Filled out the cue sheets for next week. Still need credit timing info for Hyenas, La Dolce Vita, Fright Night, Miracle Mile, and Superbad. Plus, we need full timing for Sinners still.

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report Friday 1/31 CLOSE Chris

Presentation Issues: -I believe Karen thoroughly covered this in an email but there were serious issues with the CP500 for the 6:20 Lil Women; no sound for the first three minutes and it dropped out again the very moment the 500 was taken off manual. The last foil cues continue to fail to fire. The platter worked fine, tho it is not a graceful competence, double-wrapping the film around the brain in the first fourth of the movie before the motor kicks in. -The Rhythm Section SPL had it's LTS DOWN cue set to fire at the beginning of the 10 count preshow portion, rather than the end when the trailers hit. Fixed that.
