Special Events/ AV set up: Set up mics and chairs in theater 1 for the It's All Gonna Break event + John Woods was on site to provide assistance during the intro and Q&A (screening and Q&A went smoothly and the latter was recorded to the booth 1 desktop)

Gwendoline screening and Zoom Q&A in theater 3 this evening went swimmingly (the guest, actor Brent Huff, had a little difficulty hearing since there was a bit of an echo on his end of the call but Cristina made it work + the room looked very dark with house lights up so I tried bringing them up to the cleaning level as guests stood to ask questions but it made very little difference on the webcam image) and all gear was returned to its proper storage

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received posters for The Conjuring: Last Rites and stored them behind 3/7

Ordering/Receiving (content): Downloaded and ingested keys for The City of Lost Children

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Finished inspecting Batman Begins and placed the teaser for The Dark Knight on a house reel (the remaining Batman Begins reels were placed on house reels too)

Inspected the first reel of The Matrix Revolutions for tomorrow morning's tech with Desmond (started an inspection report for this...the reel was in mint condition save for some unnecessary grease marks that had been drawn over perfectly visible lab cues...removed these for the tech but we should anticipate the rest of the reels potentially having these on their tails)

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked all cues, cross referenced the schedule on Screenwriter, and initialed for confirmation

Marquee updated?: Organized letters for upcoming brunch titles on the work bench behind 3/7 + added letters for Bring Her Back and Karate Kid: Legends to the front marquee

Posters updated?:

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes

Additional Notes: Updated the first run titles on the dry erase board in 4/6

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection 6/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: PS107's event in theater 2 went smoothly and the mics were returned to the booth to charge following the show Set up for trivia at Trees Lounge this evening The Matrix Revolutions screening in theater 1 went well save for some alternating of volume levels throughout as the audio for the first few reels was very hushed compared to how loud the rest of it gets once the action starts in reels 4-7 (mics were returned to the booth to charge and both projectors were cleaned + exhausts shut) Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Received copies of  Best in Show and The Princess Bride for upcoming private events this week and began ripping  Best in Show through MakeMKV and HandBrake (update: the film is running through DCP-o-matic and should finish within 24 hours) Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection:  The...
