Special Events/ AV set up: Having Fun with... screening and Q&A in theater 1 went very smoothly + the afterparty got started at Trees and John Woods was on site to assist throughout the evening (note: the Q&A was recorded and saved to the booth 1 desktop and can be extracted/emailed to John Woods whenever)

The hosts of the Tremors screening in 7 requested that we push back the start of the pre-show by 15 minutes and the playlist was moved accordingly to accommodate them + Rebecca helped run the event while I was busy in booth 1 and the film played without any issues

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Downloaded and ingested new keys for The Menu

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Ran the DVD copy of Mufasa through MakeMKV and Handbrake...audio is currently being analyzed in DCP-o-matic and this can be converted tomorrow (not too confident in the quality of the picture overall but we have time to modify this if its resolution is too low)

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked all cues, cross referenced the schedule, and initialed for confirmation

Marquee updated?: Added the letters for the marquee rental on the 35mm side and removed/organized the titles on the workbench behind 3/7

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report Friday 1/31 CLOSE Chris

Presentation Issues: -I believe Karen thoroughly covered this in an email but there were serious issues with the CP500 for the 6:20 Lil Women; no sound for the first three minutes and it dropped out again the very moment the 500 was taken off manual. The last foil cues continue to fail to fire. The platter worked fine, tho it is not a graceful competence, double-wrapping the film around the brain in the first fourth of the movie before the motor kicks in. -The Rhythm Section SPL had it's LTS DOWN cue set to fire at the beginning of the 10 count preshow portion, rather than the end when the trailers hit. Fixed that.
