To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Added/transferred the show playlist for Blues Run the Game to theater 2 for its screening tomorrow evening

Still waiting on pre-show and feature file elements for Bonjour Tristesse and Friendship so these show playlists can be built and scheduled in the coming days

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Set up for trivia at Trees Lounge

Dance, Girl, Dance intro and screening in theater 4 this evening went very smoothly

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received a new poster for Thunderbolts and/or The New Avengers

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received slides for the upcoming screenings of Barbershop and The Menu and converted them to DCP/ingested them to the LMS

Began converting Cleopatra Jones to DCP in booth 1 and saved it to the Headquarters drive

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected Dance, Girl, Dance after the show and packaged the print for return shipping (tracking ID: 881068990509) + moved all inspection reports from this year into the "2025" folder on the shared drive

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked and cross referenced the schedule on Screenwriter (note: the second round show playlist in theater 7 is scheduled five minutes behind schedule due to the negative flip so remember to skip ahead so it ends on time)

Marquee updated?:

Posters updated?: Removed Thunderbolts from the front and replaced it with an updated version with The New Avengers over its original text (no reason to change the marquee as the official title for the film is still Thunderbolts and it will just confuse everyone if we put up something new)

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Added a feature volume cue to the pre-show playlist for Postcards from the Edge Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Finished converting all NoBudge45 shorts to DCP Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Fantastic 4 posters were delivered in addition to teaser posters for The Smashing Machine + a box containing two Lilo & Stitch standees was dropped off and can likely be given away at trivia/to whoever wants a life size Stitch in their home and/or eventually thrown away Ordering/Receiving (content): The Bitter Tears of Petra Von Kant print was delivered and brought up to booth 1 this afternoon + downloaded both slides for this film's pre-show and saved them to the 4/6 desktop File elements for the  Alice Junior DCP are downloading to Jack's webpage and should finish later this evening Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Double checked the grease cue marks on reels 3...
