To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled a show playlist for The Menu on 5/14 (which will likely need to be updated and tech'd once John Woods finalizes the event memo)

Added the Barbershop pre-show to the schedule + placed the feature for The Howling and its corresponding volume/lights cues to its show playlist and scheduled it

Scheduled show playlists for Final Destination: Bloodlines and Friendship on 5/15 (Final Destination credits timing might be off by a few minutes on the cues)

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Hairspray and News from Home concluded their screenings for the weekend in theaters 2 and 4

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Mufasa DCP finished converting this afternoon and is saved to the Headquarters hard drive which is back in 4/6 (had some difficulty getting the projector in booth 1 to recognize this so please try ingesting it again this evening)

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Swept booths 1 and 4 and tossed/replaced the trash in the former

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):

Marquee updated?: Organized brunch letters behind 3/7 for next weekend which can be put up on the marquee this evening or tomorrow morning

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report Friday 1/31 CLOSE Chris

Presentation Issues: -I believe Karen thoroughly covered this in an email but there were serious issues with the CP500 for the 6:20 Lil Women; no sound for the first three minutes and it dropped out again the very moment the 500 was taken off manual. The last foil cues continue to fail to fire. The platter worked fine, tho it is not a graceful competence, double-wrapping the film around the brain in the first fourth of the movie before the motor kicks in. -The Rhythm Section SPL had it's LTS DOWN cue set to fire at the beginning of the 10 count preshow portion, rather than the end when the trailers hit. Fixed that.
