Staff screenings have been emailed out, built/scheduled on the LMS and blocked on the calendar. - L

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Updated the playlist for and tech'd Paris is Burning. The 1.37/1.33 masking cue was set to 1.66 so I set it back to its usual place. - L

R-rated playlists swapped to 5/16 versions for tomorrow, so we're not showing FD6 and Friendship trailers after they've already opened. -A

Built Abominable Dr. Phibes and scheduled it. -A

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Private event went well in T6 this morning Content removed from the server.  - L

Mic set in T4 for the intro tonight. There is also an intro in T3 for the Film Feast but they won't use a mic. Be sure you switch on the spotlight switch for the appropriate theater before the intro and remember to switch it off after, so the lights don't spontaneously turn on in the wrong theater like they sometimes can. -A

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ingested Lilo & Stitch to the LMS. 
The DCP for The Red Shoes is coming via CRU drive and should arrive here tomorrow. 
We're in a thread with a rep from GKids for Tororo and it should be en route today or tomorrow.  (See below -A)

Outgoing/Shipping (content): We were notified by Janus that the print of Bitter Tears needs to be circuited to Quad, so I'm sorting out the pickup/delivery situation with them. Waiting to hear back on what they can do/prefer. - L

Print/video Inspection: 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Swapped out the palates/lenses and cleaned the projectors in T4 for Barbershop tonight. Everything's set. - L

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Both the film feast and barbershop screenings had incorrect info on the sheets, so that's been updated. Please remember to double check the event memo, and if the memo hasn't been filled out yet (or looks incorrect) reach out as soon as you can. Thanks! - L

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Close 5/2

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Added a feature volume cue to the pre-show playlist for Postcards from the Edge Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Finished converting all NoBudge45 shorts to DCP Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Fantastic 4 posters were delivered in addition to teaser posters for The Smashing Machine + a box containing two Lilo & Stitch standees was dropped off and can likely be given away at trivia/to whoever wants a life size Stitch in their home and/or eventually thrown away Ordering/Receiving (content): The Bitter Tears of Petra Von Kant print was delivered and brought up to booth 1 this afternoon + downloaded both slides for this film's pre-show and saved them to the 4/6 desktop File elements for the  Alice Junior DCP are downloading to Jack's webpage and should finish later this evening Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Double checked the grease cue marks on reels 3...
