To do this evening/ was completed: Hey guys, Spoons wasn't exactly cleaned up properly last night. The ethernet cable wasn't secured behind the wall, the xlr for the left side speaker was slightly tangled in the AJA and power cables on the floor and the wireless mic mixer wasn't exactly right either. When it comes to the wireless mic mixer, please leave the cables attached to their ports in the wireless mic mixer and make sure they're properly coiled. The cables were put in the bin and weren't secured with their velcro ties, so everything was loose. Also, please put the power cable for the wireless mic mixer in the top compartment of its box (the big zip pocket). Sorry for nitpicking a bit, but all of this will make cleanup a lot easier and will keep our equipment in better shape. 

Presentation Issues: Got a call from server station in T3 saying that the masking was incorrect for Friendship, which should be 1.66. I went downstairs and saw that it was on 1.37 and immediately opened up the masking. The lens file is fine and has a set preset, but 1.37 and 1.66 share a masking cue in there and must have been set to 1.37 for a previous feature in that theatre. This is the first time Friendship has played in there during its run here, and Bonjour Tristesse hasn't been scheduled in there, so we just didn't catch that. I reset the cue after the first round so we won't have any issues. 

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Tech'd Mission Impossible preshow and feature. Adjusted the volume every so slightly. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: School kiddos took a little longer to get here this morning, so we wound up starting at 11 instead, but the screening went just fine! 

The speakers for Shouting at the Screen I set up yesterday, so today I just setup the wireless mic mixer, Aja, and tested it all with the slideshow and mics. Everything is working very well, you just need to make sure each piece of equipment gets turned on. I have the Aja resting on the rack so you can put the laptop next to it and just plug in the hdmi-  easy and pretty neat! Also, please note that the channel you will use (for the power point presentation) on the Christie panel will be HDMI 16x9, not BluRay Flat. I have not been able to find the bluetooth remote all day and have checked just about everywhere. Not sure if it's hiding in plain sight or what, but, none of us know where it is at the moment, and it is usually in a bin or in 4/6, charging. Please continue to look for this, but for now they can manually tap the laptop to advance. 

Confirmed with Cristina earlier today that Donwill is not bringing vinyl, so everything's out for setup. John can help. Easy rca connection.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Scarecrow in a Garden of Cucumbers, (unzipped) and ingested Santa Sangre, ingested iykyk one of the shorts for Fix Your Hearts. As for the rest of Fix Your Hearts content that Desmond and Kat sent, I downloaded and am DCPing Monsieur Le Butch in T1 and Sydney and Kim is downloading in there. 

Received the SOF print. Will brought this up.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Received tracking for Matrix Revolutions. Added the rest of May and early to mid June titles. 

Maintenance/cleaning:

Marquee updated?: Added Mission Impossible 8 and Lilo & Stitch to the marquee this morning. Made the titles nice and centered so it looks more uniform.

I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection 6/17 Close
