To do this evening/ was completed: Hey y'all I saw this morning that there was another slide made yesterday for Having Fun with A-holes, but I already made one on Monday so that it would be ready for the tech on Tues. I did put this info in a thread but added it to the blog. Just be sure to double check when you read through the day's work so that nothing gets repeated. Thanks! - L

Staff Screenings have been emailed out, blocked on the calendar and built out on the LMS. For tonight, feel free to add the formula for Bonjour T to the cue sheets. We'll have to schedule the open hours shows on the LMS. - Lillian

Flagged Jeffrey and co. for Bonjour Tristesse today since it still wasn't on the Deluxe portal this morning and deluxe reps mentioned it wasn't authorized yet, but, we got tracking today for the DCP (CRU drive!) which we received today. Alec forwarded the keys to me. Ingested. 
Ingested Barbershop slide (I saw in the blog from yesterday that this was ingest to the LMS, but it wasn't on there, so I ingested it today). 
Ingested OG Misfit Alley for Bonjour T as per Kat's request. 
Transferred to and took a look at the slides for Bitter Tears in T1. 
Ingested NoBudge Shorts so that we can take a look at them on Friday with Desmond. Also ingested Alice Jr to T4 for Friday tech. 
The holding slide for Howling might be coming in tomorrow. Content is booked on Deluxe/keys are pending. 
Slideshow for Shouting will likely come in closer to the date, but Cristina is on it. 
John forwarded the link for Killer of Sheep today. I am downloading this right now via Cyberduck to the preshows/trailers drive in 4/6. - Lillian 

Chenelle sent a short clip to play before Tremors for the private event tomorrow night. I DCP'd it and added it to the playlist. -A

We got a CRU drive from Park Circus but I don't think we need anything from it. It has Robocop, Silence of the Lambs, Carrie, Thelma and Louise, and Terminator. Pretty sure this is a belated delivery for Robocop which we got via e-delivery anyway. I packed the drive up for return. -A

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Added a feature volume cue to the pre-show playlist for Postcards from the Edge Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Finished converting all NoBudge45 shorts to DCP Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Fantastic 4 posters were delivered in addition to teaser posters for The Smashing Machine + a box containing two Lilo & Stitch standees was dropped off and can likely be given away at trivia/to whoever wants a life size Stitch in their home and/or eventually thrown away Ordering/Receiving (content): The Bitter Tears of Petra Von Kant print was delivered and brought up to booth 1 this afternoon + downloaded both slides for this film's pre-show and saved them to the 4/6 desktop File elements for the  Alice Junior DCP are downloading to Jack's webpage and should finish later this evening Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Double checked the grease cue marks on reels 3...
