Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Matthew reached out about a theater change to accommodate additional guests for the private event on 6/22 (Best in Show is now in theater 5 and Lilo & Stitch was moved to theater 6) and the show playlists were swapped on the schedule + adjustments were made on the cue sheets to reflect the change

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): New posters for Together were delivered and stored behind 3/7

Ordering/Receiving (content): The Princess Bride is currently converting to DCP in booth 1 and will not be finished until tomorrow evening

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Tossed the regular garbage from booth 4 and threw away a ton of poster boxes that had been piling up behind 3/7

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked and initialed for confirmation

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes

Additional Notes: We received a square soundproofing sample from New York Soundproofing this evening (at least I assume this is meant as a sample since it measures something like 8" x 8") and it was brought up to the 4/6 booth

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection 6/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: PS107's event in theater 2 went smoothly and the mics were returned to the booth to charge following the show Set up for trivia at Trees Lounge this evening The Matrix Revolutions screening in theater 1 went well save for some alternating of volume levels throughout as the audio for the first few reels was very hushed compared to how loud the rest of it gets once the action starts in reels 4-7 (mics were returned to the booth to charge and both projectors were cleaned + exhausts shut) Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Received copies of  Best in Show and The Princess Bride for upcoming private events this week and began ripping  Best in Show through MakeMKV and HandBrake (update: the film is running through DCP-o-matic and should finish within 24 hours) Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection:  The...
