Special Events/ AV set up: Setup for STB this evening went very smoothly, so much so that the hosts ended up running behind a few minutes, which gave me extra time to sort out slack for the wiring beneath the curtain (there was none) as Michael prefers keeping the mixing board on the table beside the laptops and all the wires in the transmitter case are coiled and end up becoming a tangled mess
    - All gear was placed back beneath the curtain; wires have been left loosely coiled but not wrapped to allow for easier maneuvering to the table
    - The power strip has been shut off and all mics were returned to the booth to charge
    - Covered the table with a table cloth and tucked all visible wiring beneath the curtain; should be as simple as spinning the table out from its position for Michael to set up on Saturday morning (he made mention of the Splashtop program freezing during the show and having to exit/reconnect...would it be possible to allow access to the individual servers from the laptop homepage so we aren't relying on a remote connection to one of the booth monitors during their events?)

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received posters for Black Phone 2 and stored them behind 3/7

Ordering/Receiving (content): Transferred all How to Train Your Dragon feature files from the Deluxe FilmVault to the LMS (there is no 7.1 OCAP file available, only the CCAP version has this audio)

Began analyzing audio for Ratatouille in DCP-o-matic which should conclude some time this morning

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked, cross referenced the schedule, and initialed for confirmation (the only show that needed adjusting was the 6:40PM Friendship which was pulled back to its appropriate start time)

Posters updated?: Removed Redlands from the lobby and replaced it with Materialists beneath a "coming soon" snipe

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection 6/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: PS107's event in theater 2 went smoothly and the mics were returned to the booth to charge following the show Set up for trivia at Trees Lounge this evening The Matrix Revolutions screening in theater 1 went well save for some alternating of volume levels throughout as the audio for the first few reels was very hushed compared to how loud the rest of it gets once the action starts in reels 4-7 (mics were returned to the booth to charge and both projectors were cleaned + exhausts shut) Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Received copies of  Best in Show and The Princess Bride for upcoming private events this week and began ripping  Best in Show through MakeMKV and HandBrake (update: the film is running through DCP-o-matic and should finish within 24 hours) Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection:  The...
