NPP Projection Admin 6/16 (Will on admin, Lillian on Mid)

To do this evening/ was completed: Checked out the right driver on the bottom shelf today, which has the same cosmetic issue as the one that got taken out the other week. Levels are visible on the dolby app, I resat the wires and pushed the cone in (emailed Alec about this) but in any case, running a feature showed the driver to be somewhat in working condition, just on the soft side, but I got movement. We're working on getting these replaced as fast as possible. We are alright at the moment for now. I ran through The Materialists and nothing is noticeably out of place. - L

Kai from PS107 came by to check out the DCP for tomorrow's big event with all the school kids in T2. I have built a playlist for this with the adjustments. FYI - the film has a weird mix so it's soft in some parts, loud in others. There's a chance you might have to adjust tomorrow, but I think 5.5 should be okay. You will notice that there's a masking cue before the feature and that is because the correct lens file is 1.85, but the masking is 1.78. Once we finished tech, I gave them their drive back. John and co should be taking care of the stanchions and what not (Kai informed me they will likely NOT have so many kiddos on stage as referenced on the event memo, but I reckon they might want to take a group photo after the Q&A.) Reached out to John on the memo about lights info. Also, this is definitely a sold out show. - L

Phoenician Scheme has its first screening in T4 today, and there was a note to make sure that if we write over the 1.33 masking for today, that it would have to be put back for I Am My Own Woman, but since we have multiple screenings of Phoenician on Thursday, I figured we could just use the 2:2 instead, as that's a little more rare in there. So we're all set for both films. I Am My Own Woman is for sure 1.33, too, we double checked. Please just do a volume/lights check and adjust the playlist in the morning. - L

Keys for 28 Years Later are on hold. It's Sony, so I'm not too surprised, but (ideally) we'd like to have them received and active by Wednesday morning so we can schedule a staff screening for Wednesday and Friday morning since Thursday we are open early due to my birthday. Kidding, but we are open early for Juneteenth. I am almost certain we'll receive them when we need to, but I reached out to Jeffrey and Matthew just for peace of mind. - L

As for other KDMs, did a bit of early note taking since I'm usually hunting them on Wednesdays, but, Freaks is encrypted and the keys should be delivered by 6/19. Keys are in for Compensation, which can get teched tomorrow if there's time. I'm Your Venus is unencrypted and get also get a tech check, but I can do this Wednesday, too! All the playlists are sorted, just need to adjust after tech. 

***Also, friendly reminder when scheduling the LMS tomorrow - I made two playlists for Compensation since Saturday has an intro and Sunday does not! - L

I added the new tracking information we received from P3 for upcoming prints in July. I also added the rest of June and all titles for July to the asset doc and updated the whiteboard in 4/6. - L

Chenelle should be getting the BluRay of Best in Show to us by this Weds, and we should receive The Princess Bride soon, too. Private events next week. - L

Cristina sent over a short called Piano Tooners to be added to the Three on a Match show playlist (this was downloaded, converted to DCP, and ingested to the LMS)
