NPP Projection Admin 6/22
To do this evening/ was completed:
Presentation Issues: The second round in theater 5 (Mission: Impossible @ 3:20PM) was OCAP even though the website listed it as CCAP. The cue sheets had an OCAP screening scheduled but I believe there was a mix up with the shuffling around of the private event in theater 5 this morning which caused that original first round to be accidentally moved around where it shouldn't have been. Some guests complained and were issued passes. I offered to stop the film and load the CCAP playlist/resume it from where the guests watched up to but Carly had told them we were unable to make this change so far into the show (approximately 30 minutes had passed before the guests issued there complaints)
Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a show playlist for The Princess Bride private event on 6/26

Downloaded all Generic_Cars pre-show files from the shared drive to the P&T drive + built F1 show playlists for the week of 6/27 (the volume levels are currently set to 5.0 but can be raised higher as the Deluxe release form specifies the movie be played at 85dB which might require us turning it up)
Trailer Updates:
Special Events/ AV set up: Tech'd Best in Show prior to the private event in theater 5 and raised the volume from 5.5 to 8.0 + the event went smoothly and the host and their guests were very enthusiastic about the film

Compensation and I'm Your Venus played in theaters 3 and 4 and were removed from their servers following the first round of shows
Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):
Ordering/Receiving (content): Uploaded keys for Freaks to the LMS
Outgoing/Shipping (content): Removed Best in Show feature content from the LMS and theater 5 after the screening concluded
Print/video Inspection:
Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:
Maintenance/cleaning: Not exactly news given their history in theater 5 but the wall sconces are back to their flickering ways (they are responsive to the light cues but flicker consistently throughout pre-shows)
Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked all cues, cross referenced the schedule, and made sure the website listings were accurate to the cue sheets + initialed for confirmation
Marquee updated?:
Posters updated?:
Cleaning lights on for the night?:
Projection cart by entrance?:
Additional Notes: There has been a near constant ticking followed by a sustained beeping noise coming from a grate/ceiling tile above the lobby bar all morning. MODs initially asked if it was coming from the booth. I thought it might be one of the APC battery packs dying on the sound rack in 3/7 but the noise was too faint standing inside it so this was not it. I double checked to make sure it was not the fire alarm panel going off. Standing directly beneath the grate/ceiling tile you could hear it clearly so I am not sure what it could be. Matthew was alerted by the MODs (update: this was an alarm coming from the front gate that meant it had to be reset, so nothing to do with us but worth noting if the sounds ever come up again)
