NPP Projection Close 6/11



To do this evening/ was completed: Built 6/20 28 Years Later playlists and scheduled them for 6/19. 

Built all 6/20 A1 playlists + I Am My Own Woman. Scheduled the latter.

Staff screenings scheduled for tomorrow and Friday (T2 and T3).

I don't think Monsieur Le Butch has been looked at so please check that out tomorrow during admin to make sure the Queen playlist is all good.

Outgoing titles taken off the marquee, new titles up. Same for posters. M3GAN and Jurassic World coming soon.

Staff member asked if a Wednesday 6/18 staff screening of 28 Years Later would be possible because we'll be open in the morning the next day and they'd rather see it before having to work it. If keys are active by Wed morning, can we schedule this?

Presentation Issues: Dowser close cue came about .5 -1 second too late for X/1999 subtitles credit so they flashed on-screen very briefly.

Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection 6/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: PS107's event in theater 2 went smoothly and the mics were returned to the booth to charge following the show Set up for trivia at Trees Lounge this evening The Matrix Revolutions screening in theater 1 went well save for some alternating of volume levels throughout as the audio for the first few reels was very hushed compared to how loud the rest of it gets once the action starts in reels 4-7 (mics were returned to the booth to charge and both projectors were cleaned + exhausts shut) Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Received copies of  Best in Show and The Princess Bride for upcoming private events this week and began ripping  Best in Show through MakeMKV and HandBrake (update: the film is running through DCP-o-matic and should finish within 24 hours) Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection:  The...
