To do this evening/ was completed: Inspected Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. Very good condition. On house reels.

Redlands + Q&A went smoothly. Put up the poster we received in one of the lobby cases for the event and pictures, so that will have to be changed back to Materialists tomorrow. Equipment broken down afterward, chairs back where they go.

I'm Your Venus transferred to SMB drive, but when I tried to check the transfer status in LMS I didn't see anything for Venus. Looked at SMB in Finder and saw that it was "disconnected" so I clicked reconnect and that made the drive/IP address disappear from Finder and desktop. Can't recall right now if this type of thing has been mentioned before. 

Trailer Park Massacre finished transcoding, ingested to LMS, along with Venus.

Materialists ingested to LMS.

Scarecrow In A Garden... and The Queen playlists built. The Queen playlist missing Le Butch preshow element, as that's on the George drive, which is currently engaged with DCPoMatic in T1.

I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection 6/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: PS107's event in theater 2 went smoothly and the mics were returned to the booth to charge following the show Set up for trivia at Trees Lounge this evening The Matrix Revolutions screening in theater 1 went well save for some alternating of volume levels throughout as the audio for the first few reels was very hushed compared to how loud the rest of it gets once the action starts in reels 4-7 (mics were returned to the booth to charge and both projectors were cleaned + exhausts shut) Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Received copies of  Best in Show and The Princess Bride for upcoming private events this week and began ripping  Best in Show through MakeMKV and HandBrake (update: the film is running through DCP-o-matic and should finish within 24 hours) Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection:  The...
