To do this evening/ was completed: Hey y'all! Friendly but important reminder to make sure that you set the HowToOrder_Drama_G at 4.2 (this is on the white board above the desk in 4//6.) I brought up the volume in the DCP once more and will test it on Friday, but for now, double check that your volume for trailers and preshow looks right. With that said, I adjusted all 6/20 playlists for first run tomorrow and adjusted the SE shows, too. - Lillian 

Weekly update is out! Few important notes: keys for Freaks come in soon an will go live Sunday, but they will be here. No keys for Bound yet, but that's fine. There is a rare intro on Saturday (for Compensation!). July is a nutty month, so please make sure to keep a close eye on your work weeks. NOTE: We lose Bring Her Back tomorrow! 

Strong is out of stock on the JBL woofers I ordered yesterday, they offered an equivalent replacement which has been ordered in place of the JBL ones. Not sure if these will be here in time to install on Friday, but I will put them in as soon as possible -A

Presentation Issues:

Ordering/Receiving (content): Touched base with Leon and went through a bunch of tech spec questions they had for making the DCP of Hank's Saloon, which they'll be going using DCP-o-matic. - Lillian 

We received the following DCPs: Bound, M3GAN. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): 

Print/video Inspection: Looked at I Am My Woman for tonight, and Compensation and I'm Your Venus for the weekend. Playlists/cue sheets have all been updated. -A

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Put up small baskets in 3/7 and 4/6 for the spotlight remotes for T3 and T4. The baskets are on the wall just above the switch for the spotlight power. -A

I ordered replacements for the letters in the marquee letter discard pile as it was getting quite big -A

Compensation is 1.33 and showing in T3. I just saved over the preset that was being used for 1.66 with 1.33 masking as we don't have anything in 1.66 scheduled for T3 currently. Phoenician Scheme masking is still good to go in 3. -A

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Checked today and tomorrow. 

Marquee updated?: Put new 35mm titles up - A

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection 6/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: PS107's event in theater 2 went smoothly and the mics were returned to the booth to charge following the show Set up for trivia at Trees Lounge this evening The Matrix Revolutions screening in theater 1 went well save for some alternating of volume levels throughout as the audio for the first few reels was very hushed compared to how loud the rest of it gets once the action starts in reels 4-7 (mics were returned to the booth to charge and both projectors were cleaned + exhausts shut) Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Received copies of  Best in Show and The Princess Bride for upcoming private events this week and began ripping  Best in Show through MakeMKV and HandBrake (update: the film is running through DCP-o-matic and should finish within 24 hours) Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection:  The...
