To do this evening/ was completed: staff screenings have been emailed out, blocked on the LMS and the calendar. Weekly update out - L

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the following playlists: Smokey n the Bandit, Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, Escape from LA, Three on a Match. - L
*Adjusted the playlist for Three on a Match as we received the special slide from Cristina, plus I took a look at the short, Piano Tuners, which screens right before the feature. - L

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Updated the Bound playlist after double checking the feature today. It's on the loud side. I considered leaving it at 4.5, but for now it's at 5.0. Feel free to adjust depending on the crowd. Also, Desmond asked if we could add in the Fix Your Hearts or Die trailer, which I have. The ROS is linked in the official event memo and I added the spots/wash info for every number. Wireless Mic mixer and Yamaha are setup and ready to go on the channel for T2, only the speakers still need to be propped up and connected. One of the performers requested a color fade for their piece, which I'll show Jack how to do using the faders on the spots board. - Lillian

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received and ingested Buena Vista Social Club, Deep Blue Sea. - L

Downloaded the preshow content for Jurassic Rebirth 15min, 25min. 5min still needs to be downloaded

FYI - keys for Smokey and the Bandit should be coming in late tonight, early tomorrow! Keys for F1 finally came in. Whew. - L

Do the Right Thing came in, brought it to booth 1. -A

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Looked at The Princess Bride for tomorrow night. All set, playlist is updated. -A

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Lowered the levels for the right and left surrounds in T1, it sounds great in there. -A

Put new air filters in all the Christie projectors and reached out to DMS to order us more since we're running low. -A

Cleaned up the cables behind the A/V bench in Trees to keep them off the floor. -A

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Scheduled a bunch of SE shows. Double checked next few days for sheets/TMS and flagged any tight turnarounds - L

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there!
