To do this evening/ was completed: BIG FYI - I sent an email out to MOD today about how Life of Chuck has multiple aspect ratios, but we'll be keeping it at 1.85. Sometimes it's a true 1.85, sometimes it'll be pillarboxed or letterboxed. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Went through the playlists and preshow content for M3gan, Life of Chuck and F1. No one came to any of the screenings today, so I shut the staff shows off early. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Playlist for Stay Hungry all set! Mic is set up in T4 for the intro this evening. Playlist is set. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): 

Received postcard sized posters for Cat Video Fest. In 4/6. 

Ordering/Receiving (content): DCP'd and ingested all the slides for Desmond's July intros. 

Ingested Jurassic Park: Rebirth

Note: Smokey and the Bandit keys open tomorrow! Can get techd then. Really just putting this here as a reminder for myself. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Elizabeth Purchell (owner of The Queen print) will be back from traveling just after the 4th, so we'll touch base with her then for shipping. 

Print/video Inspection: Double checked The Princess Bride for tonight in T2 round 2. All set for the private event. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Ran loops for Stay Hungry in T4. Everything's ready. 

We received our new/extra marquee letters. I put them away. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Added the formula for Jurassic World: Rebirth and updated the last two days of the sheets for this week since it opens early on July 2nd. 

Marquee updated?: Yes! F1 and M3gan are up. We'll add Life of Chuck tomorrow morning.

Posters updated?: F1 and M3gan posters are now on the front of the building, banners updated, also updated the lobby posters with new Coming Soon features. No Life of Chuck poster. Update: got the life of chuck poster this evening! We'll put it up tomorrow.

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there!
