NPP Projection Admin (Lillian & Will) 7/28

To do this evening/ was completed: Ran house checks throughout the building this morning (no issue with the dowser in theater 1 as experienced yesterday morning -- all first rounds started normally today) -WB

Built and scheduled the school screening for this week. 
Sent out Staff Screening info a little early as Together opens up Wednesday. 
We will also be having an encore of F1, per Matthew's request. Everything has been built/scheduled on the LMS and google calendar. - LH 

Presentation Issues: Re: last night's dowser issue. I looked through the logs and didn't see anything out of place, nor did the projector look to be in poor health. Everything is healthy and operating well. I'm going to once again assume that the dowser got caught. If this happens again, please close/open again to see if that does the trick rather than shutting it down! - LH 

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Added the "Classof95_25min" preshow file to all special event show playlists requiring it for the week of 8/1 -WB

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Ran loops in T1 and cleaned the projectors. I also ran a reel of Running Man just for posterity and, don't let it drive you crazy tonight, but it will be a bit of a challenge to focus it perfectly, consistently. Don't let it drive you nuts! It's just one of those prints. - LH

Answered a few more q's for the shorts host for the program on 8/12/ I'll have more info on the exact details soon, but the general outline will be sorted before I head off. We will be receiving content soon! - LH

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): DCP'd the slide for the private event on 7/31 (Boxing) and made the playlist for it. I will be there that night. I took a look at the two films today, both of which have a wee bit of a funky mix, but that's just the OG audio. It will run just fine! - LH

Note: Keys for the screener of Mastermind come in on 7/30. - LH

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Was notified today that the Punks print made it back to Ian's home safe and sound. I sent Desmond tracking info just in case. - Lillian 

Print/video Inspection: We will tech Best of the Best II on Wednesday after our cinema meeting. This is set to arrive tomorrow! Please let Cristina know when it shows up! Thanks! - LH

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Swept in booths 1 and 4/6 and organized/tossed some unused posters in storage behind 3/7 -WB

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. OCAP shows are correct. 

Marquee updated?: Removed the outgoing brunch letters and added Batman Forever and CatVideoFest 2025 to the side -WB

NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
