To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a show playlist for Touch of Evil (Director's Cut) for 7/26-27 

Built all first run show playlists for next week with the exception of Together as we are still waiting on its feature content

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Alec stayed on to run the Sabbath Queen screening in theater 3 (while I set up in theater 2) and uploaded the Q&A following the show

Coming to America played without any issue and the post-film discussion went on for an extra hour (mic is charging in the booth and the chair was returned to its hallway storage)

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Honey, Don't! posters were delivered and stored behind 3/7

Ordering/Receiving (content): Made a DCP slide for Punks and transferred it to the LMS 

Ingested all pre-show file elements from the 7/25 trailer list to the LMS so we can begin building SPLs for this week (in addition to all trailers on the Deluxe FilmVault we did not yet have in our system)

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked all cues/schedule for tomorrow and initialed for confirmation 

Marquee updated?: Added Smurfs to the front

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there!
