Put Susan on house reels, playlist built.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Playlists built for Sorry, Baby. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Buena Vista went smoothly, mics back in the booth.
 
Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): We received a flash drive with a DCP of Witchboard in a USPS envelope in 4/6

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Noticed Sorry Baby is scope 2.20 (with no flat container version included), so I checked this screen file and masking in every house. I had to undo the Phoenician Scheme masking in most, but this is exclusively in Theater 5 for what is likely to be the remainder of its run so there won't be any problem with that feature. I made a Scope 2.20 lens/masking change pack and added it to the Sorry Baby playlists. -A

Looked at Super 8 and Susan with Desmond, volumes logged. 

Took a look at Sabbath Queen, looks good.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: 3/7 swept.

DMS delivered our full JBL order today: the 10 subwoofers for the surrounds and the LFE drivers. I stored the small woofers in booth 2 for now (will need to reorganize) and the drivers in 4/6 (I will find a better place for these) -A

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes, cue sheets for next week filled out with the exception of timing for Sabbath Queen

Posters updated?: We got a walkie that we're not showing I Know What You Did Last Summer anymore, so it needs to be taken down and swapped with something else. Rihanna is Smurfette it is.

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there!
