NPP Projection Close 7/8
To do this evening/ was completed:
Presentation Issues: During the middle of the second round in theater 1 the lights override switch was tripped and the cleaning lights turned on. Fortunately, I was in the booth looking at a print as this happened and unplugged/plugged the light control panel back in, which brought the lights down, until they were tripped again a few moments later and went back to the cleaning/override setting. I unplugged it a second time and left it that way for the rest of the round (update: I plugged the panel back in at the start of the credits and manually brought the lights up, rebooted the server between shows and tested some content...everything seems back to normal for the time being)
Preshow Clips/Playlist: Updated all Superman show playlists since each one had been built with the "Generic_Cars" pre-show in it, the Best of the Best II trailer, and a SCOPE lens/masking change (a format this movie is not in) that needed to be removed and replaced + built a staff SPL for this as well which can be scheduled whenever
Trailer Updates:
Special Events/ AV set up: The Warriors screening in theater 2 this evening played to a sold out crowd without any issues
Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):
Ordering/Receiving (content): Received Nickel Boys this evening and the film canisters brought up to booth 1 (the reels were shipped wrapped in small white garbage bags and have return labels included in a manila envelope)
Print/video Inspection: Tried and failed to begin inspecting Nickel Boys since one side of the core of reel 1 was broken and would not sit securely on the rewind bench rod (see pictures below) so I refrained from attempting to remedy this by avoiding potentially breaking the plastic and seating it on a spare core
Maintenance/cleaning:
Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked all cues/LMS schedule tab, adjusted accordingly, and initialed for confirmation
Marquee updated?:
Posters updated?: Removed I Know What You Did Last Summer from the lobby and replaced it with The Smurfs since we are no longer opening the former
Cleaning lights on for the night?:
Projection cart by entrance?:

Scheduled the first round of F1 in theater 3 and Hank's Saloon in theater 4 tomorrow since these had been left empty on the LMS
Outgoing/Shipping (content): Alec made a DCP for NWB (Clive Barker' Origins...) which finished converting this evening. I copied and transferred this to the TMS-Williamsburg shared drive connected to the 4/6 desktop
