To do this evening/ was completed: Got a little more info regarding upcoming private events. 
7/31. Should be DCPs coming in (2 short films) but Chenelle will let us know soon if there's conversion needed.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Tech'd and adjusted volume for both Smurfs and Eddington today. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Playlist for Coming to America has been double checked!! For the lights tonight, it will be stage right spots (201), then (203) for light blue wash for the Q&A but make sure you turn off the spots breaker beforehand (the setting is for spots/wash). 

Sabbath Queen all set in T3. Intro/Q&A slides are good. Mics are ready. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Gunsmith Cats films. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Nickel Boys will get picked up tomorrow by UPS.

Maintenance/cleaning: When teching Tango and Cash today, I noticed the lamp wouldn't strike. The only thing off is that the insulator (looks like a white, round plug) for the cable in the back had come loose since the adhesive had worn down. The lamp won't strike if the cable touches the metal, so that needed to be fixed. There's been glue added to this and tape to hold it in place. Please don't try to turn on the lamp house right now! Thanks! Tango and Cash volume noted (I will running this) 

Recycling out! 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Smurfs formula is/was correct on the sheets, but when I looked at the entered showtimes, each one was about a minute off, so I updated the week. Note - there is a Spongebob clip before the feature, which we anticipated, but it's all fine. The whole DCP is 92 minutes. Website is also correct

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there!
