To do this evening/ was completed: Ingested all new preshow content and built all A1 playlists with the exception of CatVideoFest--that can get made tonight.

Creepshow on house reels.

Kwaidan and La Haine prints arrived. Fedex picked up Punks.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Went over Brooklyn Knight in T3, Sonder short and Feature for 7/31 in T1 with John. Double checked a few things for sound/image. Everything looks good. - LH

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Started transcoding the DCP of Prime Time in 4/6, then Ali Reincarnated in T1 (both are for the private event on 7/31 in T2!) LH

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content):
Ingested the following content: Mastermind (screener in T3 on 8/1!), Photographic Memory - LH  

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Sorted the labels for Punks. Getting shipped out today. - LH

Print/video Inspection: Tech'd Running Man in T1 (which looks great!) info noted on the white card - LH

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Added Best of the Best II tracking to the sheet, which we received today and the print should be here in the next few days, probably Monday or Tues. Updated current titles. LH

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Updated cue sheets for Touch of Evil. There's actually a few minutes of credits. MOD aware of the change. - LH

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
