To do this evening/ was completed: Staff Screenings are out, Weekly email is out. Everything has been scheduled/blocked. I also sent out another email regarding my time off and what I'd like to see happen and what I'll be shooting out small reminders for. Please do get yours eyes on it when you can. Thanks!! - LH

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: We have a shorts program on 8/12. We received the drive last night and I started DCPing them today, in 4/6. The drive is labeled Ratigan, but shows up as Non Films 1TB ExtHD, just so you know. I have DCP'd the first three films to the George Ivan drive in a folder labeled ShortsProgram_081225, just to keep things organized. Please feel free to continue DCPing this evening, before the show. - LH 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): KDM reminders: Batman Forever keys open up on Friday, 8/1. 
Keys for The Naked Gun and Bad Boys 2 open up tomorrow! 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): The print of To Live and Die in LA will need to be immediately shipped out tomorrow (back to P3) I am leaving this here for myself and for admin tomorrow. There's a note on the master calendar. - LH

I'd been thinking about how to update our captiview devices for quite some time, but it always escapes me. We have that box of new captiviews but they've got those cup holder bottoms that we cannot accommodate, however, Alec showed me today that you can actually take those off, which he did! Thank you, Alec. We reached out to DMS to see if we can order the clamps, separately, which would be awesome. - LH

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
