Downloaded the new DCP for Meal Pal (New Fest), which is copying over to the share drive. Please ingest once it's done - Lillian 

Downloaded and am now extracting the DCP for NINXS, feature for NewFest. - Lillian 

Black Dynamite slide ingested - Lil

Summer's Camera (NewFest Feature) is downloaded and unzipped. The DCP name says it's 3D, but I'm dubious about that. I'm copying it to the Share folder now, we will get eyes on it sooner rather than later to make sure. -A

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Deleted a few hundred unneeded first run trailers from the LMS, make sure you're not hitting "Ingest All" when getting content from Deluxe FilmVault. -A

Reached out to DHL to arrange a pickup of They Live for Monday. -A

Print/video Inspection: Ingested Gotham Shorts to their respective screening room(s). Tech'd almost everything, all three programs, with Cristina with the exception of Asia A, which we're sorting out (filmmaker did still not send a DCP, but they're working on it). I ingested the subtitling file for one of the shorts (Places I've Been) so that's sorted, too. - Lillian

Posters updated?: Put a now showing tag above Him and hung up Spinal Tap II in place of Freakier Friday, which is still showing but on its way out. FYI- my key broke off in the lock for the Highest 2 Lowest poster case (I had intended to take this down, but I could not get the piece of the key out, nor could I get it to unlock with the piece inside). I added this to the maintenance doc so hopefully it's taken care of sometime next week. -A

I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
