NPP Projection Admin 9/9



To do this evening/ was completed: Triplets of Belville print arrived this afternoon. It's in T1 and can get inspected this evening.

Mic set up for Feathers tonight. Added the Wajib trailer to the playlist--event memo wasn't updated but it should play after the intro. 

Continued on with downloading/ingesting Gotham shorts. Tracking sheet is up to date. A few downloads remain.

Looked at Higher Learning. Volume good at 5.0, added lights up cue.

T4 lamp has exceeded its 3K hours. Should be fine for tonight. If it gets changed tomorrow during admin, would it be possible to film the process for demonstration/reference purposes? I am hoping to have more demonstrations for lamp changes. 

Started downloading Stolen Kingdom DCP, the OV folder. VF folder can be downloaded this evening. The download has already paused itself once on my profile, so keep an eye.

Ingested the Cyborg trailer--updated the Rep-R playlists that have it listed (Mimic, Tropic Thunder SAT).

Also ingested MacGruber and Downton Abbey 15min and 25min preshow. Still waiting on 5min, playlist not made yet.

NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
