The Godfather Part III and/or Coda: The Death of Michael Corleone intro and screening in theater 1 went well this evening (shame about the print being in such poor condition...the DCP looked fantastic) 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): One Battle After Another feature content was sent out via Deluxe and should appear on the Screenwriter portal in the next few days

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Placed the rest of Trolls 2 on house reels in booth 1

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Tossed a bunch of poster cases stored behind 3/7

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Updated the cues for tomorrow's screening of Desire: The Carl Craig Story as much as possible but these still need end credits information added/a lights up cue added to the feature in its show playlist + double checked all cues for tomorrow

Additional Notes: We received a couple stacks of palm sized lobby cards for Anemone which can be put when the film opens...these are currently on the workbench behind 3/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there!
