NPP Projection Close 9/25
To do this evening/ was completed:
Presentation Issues: The lamp and motor were malfunctioning and the start of the feature in theater 1 during the Cyborg screening. Power was on and running to the projectors but the lamps would not ignite and the motors would not run. I made an announcement to the audience and brought up the house lights. Thankfully Alec was in the crowd and came up to lend a hand. We tried throwing breaker switches on and off and doing the same with switches on the projector itself. Alec seated and reseated some cables inside the projector to no avail. Some twenty minutes passed before I thought that the fire alarm test from this morning might have had something to do with the equipment malfunctioning. We triggered the alarm reset cue and everything worked like normal. I was in contact the MODs and Cristina. Guests had left the auditorium but come back once they announced the film was in fact not cancelled and up and running again. Show played just fine until I botched the final changeover (missed the motor cue) and let some countdown on screen. The audience didn't seem to mind in the long run. Print was a bit faded sand soft looking so the technical issues were all just a part of the show.

Special Events/ AV set up: Cyborg intro and screening in theater 1 went smoothly enough considering the technical troubleshooting that delayed it + cleaned the projectors following the show

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received a 4K UHD blu-ray for Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade for an event on 10/26 which was brought to the 4/6 booth

Print/video Inspection: Put Cyborg back on its shipping reels and packaged it for return shipping after the show concluded (still needs labels printed)

Marquee updated?: Removed Highest 2 Lowest and Conjuring 4 and put up letters for One Battle After Another + set aside letters for Gabby's Dollhouse which can go up tomorrow morning
Posters updated?: Took down Conjuring 4 and replaced it with The Smashing Machine + put a "now showing" snipe above One Battle After Another (we do not have a poster for Gabby's Dollhouse) and placed Roofman in the lobby

Additional Notes: Triggered the fire alarm reset cue in between rounds in 2 which was "executed with errors" and ran through some automations to make sure everything was in working order (the pre-show and feature in the subsequent round played without any issues) + pulled a detailed report from the server and forwarded it to Lillian
