To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Scheduled the first and last rounds for Anemone in theater 5 on 10/3 (we are still waiting on keys for the feature content) and built a staff screening show playlist but did not schedule it (it looks like there's an FOH meeting on Thursday that will prevent people from attending so Friday may be best unless we wait until after the weekend)

Double checked the SPL was the correct one before scheduling program 1 of the Gotham Shorts Festival in theater 2 tomorrow evening

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Tech'd the show playlist (with the Q&A slide I added this afternoon) for The French Italian + checked mics with Cristina after some confusion over why there was no feedback from them (mic XLR was left unplugged from the last event)

The French Italian screening and Q&A in theater 2 went smoothly as did the Black Dynamite screening in theater 1

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received additional posters for Tron: Ares and new one sheets for Rental Family and stored them behind 3/7

Ordering/Receiving (content): The Life of a Showgirl keys were sent via Deluxe but have not become visible on the FilmVault tab...I'm not entirely sure how this will be labeled given its wordier title

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Put Black Dynamite back on its shipping reels following the show and packaged the box for return shipping + cleaned both projectors/shut the exhaust ports

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes

Marquee updated?: Added letters for Videoheaven and The World Before Your Feet to the brunch side

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
